Blonk had a powerful core — a unique matching engine and scientific methodology — but the product UI didn’t reflect its potential. Users felt friction navigating the dashboard and mobile experience, with little visual feedback or polish.

We led the product redesign — from wireframes to motion design — modernizing how recruiters and candidates interact with Blonk across devices.
01. UX Audit & Architecture
Mapped all flows for both user types (candidates & companies), and rebuilt the dashboard layout with cleaner logic and less visual noise.
02. Mobile App Redesign
Focused on onboarding, profile completion, and job matching flows. Designed interactions that reward actions, with subtle motion for feedback.
03. Component System & Motion
Created a reusable component system in Figma and added Framer Motion for animations — improving perception of speed and user satisfaction.
04. Developer Handoff & Support
Worked with devs to hand off responsive design tokens, motion specs, and support integration using React and Next.js for the web, and React Native for mobile.
