Destination Design Pools was creating some of the most breathtaking outdoor living spaces in Central Florida. $380,000 pool complexes, integrated outdoor kitchens, custom sports courts. Clients were paying $450k and raving about the results. But their website was sending the wrong signal entirely. It blended in with mid-market pool companies. It was not attracting the affluent homeowners who could afford and appreciate what DDP actually does. The mismatch between the product and the presentation was costing them the clients they wanted most.
Step 1
Reposition the brand visually and verbally at the luxury tier, using aspirational language, resort-quality imagery, and a design language borrowed from high-end architecture firms, not pool companies.

Step 2
Engineer the page to pre-qualify leads through strategic copy, explicitly communicating the $250k+ investment level early so wrong-fit visitors self-select out before ever filling out a form.

Step 3
Build the single-point-of-contact advantage into the core narrative, since affluent homeowners hate coordination chaos and DDP's full-service model is their biggest competitive moat.

What We Did
We did not just redesign a website. We repositioned a luxury brand to attract the clients whose projects match what DDP actually builds.
01. Luxury Brand Audit
We analyzed DDP's portfolio, client base, and competitor landscape. The gap was clear: their work sat at the top 5% of the market, but their web presence was mid-market at best. We mapped the visual and verbal benchmarks of luxury outdoor living brands and set DDP's new standard against those.
02. Premium Visual Design
Every design decision was intentional. Deep blues and warm stone tones. Generous whitespace. Full-bleed portfolio imagery. Typography that breathes. We removed the visual noise that signals average contractor and replaced it with the restraint that signals premium. The homepage feels like a five-star resort, because that is the aspiration DDP sells.
03. Lead Qualification Copy
We wrote copy that does two things simultaneously: inspire the right clients and respectfully signal to wrong-fit leads that this is not for them. References to investment starting at $250k, emphasis on comprehensive outdoor environments over pools, and framing around legacy and family milestones all serve to filter the inquiry pipeline toward qualified, high-value leads.

For luxury buyers, nothing converts like seeing what is possible. We restructured the entire page around DDP's portfolio, letting their $380k to $450k projects speak first.
