Marhabten had potential — but felt like just another app. The UI was generic, with no cultural relevance or flow logic for local users. The booking system lacked clarity, and users didn’t trust or engage with the interface.

We designed and developed the full mobile app using Flutter, implementing real-time calendar logic, notification flows, and a seamless UX for both roles.
01. UX Planning
Mapped separate journeys for guests and hosts, identified key conversion actions, and created low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas.
02. App UI & Design System
Built a design system in Figma with scalable components and states for both dark and light mode.
03. Development
Implemented real-time calendar booking, Hive local storage, and deep links for shareable property pages.
04. QA & Optimization
Tested performance across devices, localized copy for Arabic, and optimized animations for smooth transitions.
